Instructions: Shake bottle well. Apply directly to the entire scalp and massage the scalp for 4-5 minutes. Leave oil in your hair. Apply oil at least 3 times a week. Sleep with a satin pillow or bonnet (We recommend JustaBeauty Bonnet). Wash your hair every two weeks. Also, oil can be combined in conditioners on wash days.
